Anne Griffin short stories have been short-listed for the Hennessy New Irish Writing Award, the Sunday Business Post Short Story Award and the Benedict Kiely Competition.

Other short works have been published in The Stinging Fly and The Irish Times, amongst others, and have featured on BBC Radio 4.

Her debut novel When All Is Said was published in 2019 and received the Sunday Independent Newcomer of the Year Award and what shortlisted in the John McGahern Annual Book Prize, the Christopher Bland Prize and long listed for the Dublin Literary Award. Her second novel Listening Still, published in 2021.

The third novel The Island Of Longing was publish May 2023 and is currently Eason’s book of the Month.
